WJJZ 97.5 VACATION A DAY GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

Monday, August 4th, 2008 - Friday, October 31st, 2008.
1. No purchase necessary to enter or receive a prize. All contestants must be 97.5 VIP Listeners, to qualify. To become a 97.5 VIP Listener send your name, date of birth, address and day and evening phone numbers to WJJZ via fax, mail, e-mail, or website entry.
2. The contest will run Monday-Friday, August 4th - October 31st, 2008. Weekdays, some time between 10am and 3pm, WJJZ will announce the name of a person entered in the contest who has been randomly selected. If that person hears his or her name on the air, they have 60 minutes to call 215-263-WJJZ (9559) to win that day's vacation. Only the person whose name is announced may call back and win. Winner must provide Social Security number when they call-in to win. WJJZ will announce one name for each vacation given away. If the winner fails to call back within the designated time, that vacation will be forfeited. All decisions and selections by station personnel will be binding and final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
3. Winner will be required to pick up the prize at the WJJZ Business Office during normal business hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. (Please call ahead for holiday and summer hours.) Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and a W-9 within thirty (30) days of win date. All prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won will be forfeited unless winner is otherwise notified. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and consents to use of his/her name/likeness/voice, without additional compensation, for publicity purposes carried out by sponsors, WJJZ, or Greater Media Philadelphia.
4. Trip winners August 4th - October 31st, 2008 will receive two roundtrip airfare tickets to anywhere in the Continental United States that AirTran Airways flies from Philadelphia, PA. Blackout dates and capacity control restrictions apply. Once a reservation is made by the winner, no changes or extensions will be permitted. Retail value of the vacation is $1,000 total.
5. No substitutions or transfer of prize. All travel must be completed by July 31, 2008. If travel has not been completed, the vacation will be forfeited. Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Limit one prize per family or household. Tickets issued are non-refundable and have no cash value. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, are responsible for the following charges: applicable U.S. Airline taxes and U.S. federal and state taxes.
6. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release 97.5 WJJZ, Greater Philadelphia Radio Inc., its employees, its advertising, promotional or judging agencies and AirTran Airways from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
Beginning on Monday, August 11th, 2008and concluding on August 22nd, 2008 listeners will have the chance to qualify for a chance to win a trip for two on the Dave Koz and Friends At Sea Cruise. Listeners will be prompted to call the WJJZ contest line at (215)263-WJJZ at approximately 3:15 pm each weekday during the stated contesting period. The 5th caller will win a copy Dave Koz’s new Greatest Hits CD and will automatically be qualified for the chance to win a trip for two on the Dave Koz and Friends At Sea Cruise. The grand prize winner will be chosen via random drawing from the ten qualifying listeners. The grand prize winner will be announced on Monday, August 25th.
